Policies

Processing Time:

All items are made to order.  Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be completed.  All things are custom made and are made to order. Not including weekends or holidays.  Processing time starts the first business day after your order, not the day of your order. If you place an order on a Friday the next business day would be that following Monday.

Shipping Time:

You will be able to choose your shipping speed at check out.  You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been completed.  It is advised that you wait at least 24 hours before trying to track your package to give it time to update in the system.  We are only able to see the tracking history and nothing more. If a package says it has been delivered and you don’t have it, you may need to contact your local post office or UPS and they will be able to give you information on where your package is currently located.

Returns/Refunds:

Returns/refunds are not allowed.  If there is a mishap on our end we will try our best to rectify it and get you squared away.  

Bulk Orders:

Bulk orders are accepted, however, please email designzbyktllc@gmail.com to put your order in.  From there you will receive the price list for bulk orders (over 50 shirts).
