All items are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be completed. All things are custom made and are made to order. Not including weekends or holidays. Processing time starts the first business day after your order, not the day of your order.
You will be able to choose your shipping speed at check out. Please know that during the pandemic some shipping may be delayed if USPS is chosen. You will be provided with a tracking number. First class shipping does not come with insurance. It is advised that you wait at least 24 hours before trying to track your package to give it time to update in the system. Once it leaves our hands we are not responsible for the package. We are only able to see the tracking history and nothing more. If a package says it has been delivered and you don’t have it, you may need to contact your local post office and they will be able to give you information on where your package is currently located.
Returns/refunds are not allowed. If there is a mishap on our end we will try our best to rectify it and get you squared away.
Bulk orders are accepted, however, please email email@example.com to put your order in. From there you will receive the price list for bulk orders (over 50 shirts).
